General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The purpose of this contract is to define the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale" of the sewing pattern products offered by the company You Made My Day represented by Mrs. Amaya ARANA POZO whose online shop www.you-made-my-day.com and patterns are her property and are protected by copyright.

The patterns offered for sale on the you-made-my-day.com website are solely dedicated to the resale of private individuals, and it is therefore strictly forbidden to sell clothes made from You Made My Day patterns. They are therefore subject to Articles 111-1 following the Consumer Code.
The you-made-my-day.com site is not intended to sell its products to professionals and does not allow the purchase of these products for resale.
The customer declares that he/she has read, understands and accepts without reservation the terms of the entirety of these "General Terms and Conditions of Sale" when placing the order.
Article 1: Purpose
These "General Terms and Conditions of Sale" govern the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by the seller.
Article 2: General Conditions
Les présentes « CGV » s’appliquent à toutes les ventes de produits-patrons de couture effectuées au travers du site internet you-made-my-day.com qui fait partie intégrante de ce contrat entre le client et le vendeur.
You Made My Day se réserve la possibilité de modifier celles-ci (CGV).
Les « CGV » sont alors applicables en vigueur à la date du paiement de la commande.
Le Client déclare avoir pris connaissance de l’ensemble des présentes « CGV », et le cas échéant des conditions particulières de ventes liées aux patrons de couture, et les accepter sans restriction ni réserve.
Le client déclare être en pleine capacité juridique de contracter légalement une transaction et adhérer aux présentes CGV et ainsi conclure sa commande. Auquel cas sauf preuve contraire les informations enregistrées par la société You Made My Day constituent la preuve de l’ensemble des transactions. L’acceptation des « CGV » s’appliquent dès la validation et la finalisation de la commande. Celle-ci ne peut-être que pleine et entière.
Article 3: Intellectual Property
The brand name, the domain name, the sewing pattern products, the photos, the assembly videos, the product descriptions, and moreover all information subject to intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of the seller, i.e. for the present the company You Made My Day.
Aucune cession de droits de propriété intellectuelle n’est réalisée au travers de ces présentes « CGV ». Toute reproduction et modification totale ou partielle - utilisation de ces biens pour quelque motif que ce soit est strictement interdite.
Article 4: Retention of Title Clause
All products on the you-made-my-day.com e-commerce site remain its entire property until the complete and final transaction of the purchase price of the pattern.
Article 5: Patrons' Awards
The prices of the sewing patterns sold on the e-commerce site you-made-my-day.com are indicated in "Euros - €" including VAT (VAT does not apply to the micro enterprise You Made My Day).
You Made My Day reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The sewing patterns are shown on the product page, excluding specific shipping costs.
Customs or other local taxes or import fees may be required in some cases. These duties and charges are not the responsibility of the seller. They shall be borne by the customer and are the responsibility of the customer in respect of declarations, payment to the relevant authorities, etc.
The seller invites the customer to inquire about these aspects with the corresponding local authorities, in order to avoid any steps and misunderstandings when receiving the products.
The delivery costs are also borne by the buyer.
Article 6: Products
All the information presented in the contract is presented in detail in the French and English languages.
The product descriptions as well as the essential characteristics of the sewing patterns and their prices are clearly displayed to the customer on the you-made-my-day.com e-commerce site before the order is placed.
By completing the online purchase, the customer confirms that he/she is aware of the delivery costs as well as the terms of payment, delivery and execution of the order.
You Made My Day undertakes to honour the customer's order only within the limits of available stocks for pocket formats. If not, the seller will contact the customer to inform him/her of the contrary case.
The law stipulates that all orders placed online on an e-commerce site such as you-made-my-day.com are subject to a summary and a confirmation when the order is validated.
In accordance with the legal provisions on conformity and hidden defects, the seller undertakes to exchange or refund defective products that do not correspond to the customer's order in the case of physical products and not in the PDF version.
The refund of the order can be made following a request for return with a justified reason by e-mail mentioning the order number. The product must be returned in its original condition and also accompanied by the return order number.
Any return costs will be charged to the customer.

Article 7: Use and Condition of You Made My Day Patterns
The customer agrees that the future use of the patterns that he/she has specifically purchased on the you-made-my-day.com e-commerce site will be his/her exclusive personal and private use.
The latter prohibits any plagiarism, but also any transfer to a third person, committing the customer not to use the patterns You Made My Day for professional purposes and undertakes to apply the rules of intellectual property here.
Article 8: Payment
Payment is made immediately at the time of placing the order and is made at the time of payment either by credit card or payment platforms : Visa - Mastercard - Paypal - Shopify payment - Stripe. The e-commerce site you-made-my-day.com is linked to the secure payment Paypal, but also via the security link: Https.
The remote transmission at the time of ordering is only transmitted to the various payment organisations mentioned above. At the time of payment, the customer confirms that he is the legal holder of the card to be debited and that he is legally entitled to use it.
In case of error or impossibility to finalize the payment, the sale is immediately cancelled by right and the order cancelled.
Article 9 : Delivery - Pocket size
Orders are shipped and delivered to the delivery address that was registered when the customer account was created. The delivery time indicated takes into account the preparation time of the order. The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the items delivered. It is important to remember that when the customer physically receives the order with the products, the risks of loss or damage to the products are incumbent on him and are his responsibility, beyond 3 days following receipt of the delivery.
Any opened, incomplete or damaged product must not be accepted by the customer upon receipt.
The customer can track the shipment of his order at any time in the "My account" section of the you-made-my-day.com website with the tracking number that was given to him.
Delivery times may be extended during the Christmas and New Year period, and deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
Article 10: Withdrawal period
In accordance with the current article of the Consumer Code L. 121-20:
"The consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of the cost of returning the goods.
"The aforementioned period runs from the date of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal can be applied as previously stated (Article 6) by contacting You Made My Day directly at the following email address: amaia.arana@gmail.com.
We inform customers that in accordance with Article L 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, this right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for intangible products such as patterns purchased in PDF format as also stated in 'Article 6'. Products must be returned in their original new condition and complete.
Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client.
Lors de la réception du produit retourné, le remboursement est effectué directement sur le compte avec lequel la commande a été payée.
Article 11 : Garanties Légales
All patterns offered for sale on the you-made-my-day.com e-commerce site benefit from the 'Legal Warranty of Conformity' according to Article L.211-1 of the Consumer Code. The 'Guarantee against hidden defects' of Article 1641 of the Consumer Code is also applicable.
