Delivery - Pocket size
Orders are shipped and delivered to the delivery address that was registered when the customer account was created. The delivery time indicated takes into account the preparation time of the order. The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the items delivered. It is important to remember that when the customer physically receives the order with the products, the risks of loss or damage to the products are incumbent on him and are his responsibility, beyond 3 days following receipt of the delivery. Any open, incomplete or damaged product should not be accepted by the customer upon receipt of the order.
The customer can track the shipment of his order at any time in the "My account" section of the you-made-my-day.com website with the tracking number that was given to him.
Delivery times may be extended during the Christmas and New Year period, and these are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.
Withdrawal period - Returns
In accordance with the current article of the Consumer Code L. 121-20:
"The consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of the cost of returning the goods.
"The aforementioned period runs from the date of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal can be applied as previously stated (Article 6) by contacting You Made My Day directly at the following email address: email@example.com.
We inform customers that in accordance with Article L 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, this right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for intangible products such as patterns purchased in PDF format as also stated in 'Article 6'. Products must be returned in their original new condition and complete.
The return costs are at the customer's expense.
Upon receipt of the returned product, the refund is made directly to the account with which the order was paid.
